1. set up Parse
2. add 3rd screen of national score board
3. Set up GameSetup page
4.  Research on collectionView.  Since no sure how much I have to get into, It will be hard to estimate and plan task it out.  - in processing

1. add filp tile animation - check
2. add section at setup view - check

1. Hook up all scoreboard. - check
